Meditation is increasingly utilized in our society for reducing stress, increasing productivity, and enhancing overall well-being. The Penn Program for Stress Management (PPSM) uses an ancient meditation-based process commonly referred to as "mindfulness." Mindfulness Meditation is taught in our long-running, highly popular stress management program, as well as our other customized programs, to address a variety of needs in our society.
PPSM has developed a mindfulness-based curriculum and instruction package that includes relaxation techniques, physical exercises, and cognitive behavioral approaches that are implemented by highly qualified instructors each with decades of experience in adapting an ancient science to modern needs.
