Quick Quiche

- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup zucchini, chopped (or chopped cooked
drained spinach)
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and put in greased
8" baking dish. Bake in preheated 350° oven
until golden brown. Toothpick when inserted will
come out clean when done.
