Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call 1-800-789-PENN
(7366). A physician prescription is required
for our services. You may get a prescription
from your primary care doctor or your specialty
care physician.
Hours
All of our Penn Therapy and Fitness offices are
open Monday through Friday. We have early morning
and evening hours available. Individual office
hours may vary.
Insurance
Most major insurances are accepted, but insurance
coverage varies from plan to plan. Please check
your policy for information on referrals and
coverage of services.
