About Our Team
The attending physiatrist collaborates with
the rehabilitation team to coordinate your care
while you are admitted to the rehabilitation
unit.
The rehabilitation team will work with you to
help build your strength and skills to enable
you to take better care of yourself upon your
return home.
A case manager will work with you and your family
or caregiver about what to expect after you are
discharged from the hospital, and will connect
you with resources in the community.
