Overview
Welcome
to the Penn Medicine at Radnor Volunteer Program
web site. We have several volunteer opportunities
for you to consider, and we welcome your suggestions
for volunteer opportunities as well. We appreciate
your interest in our program.
Volunteers play an important role in patient
satisfaction by adding an extra dimension of
personal service and care to our patients and
visitors. In addition, volunteers are vital in
assisting the Penn Medicine at Radnor physicians
and staff, who provide care and services to our
patients.
Your generous gift of time and talent is invaluable
to us, and we believe that your life will be
enriched through the volunteer experience.
The Penn Medicine at Radnor Volunteer Program
welcomes community members who are 18 years of
age and older. Opportunities exist to assist
the Penn Medicine at Radnor team in several ways,
including the following:
- Interacting with patients at various levels
of care, such as greeting patients as they
enter the Main Lobby or transporting them to
their appointment;
- Providing clerical or administrative support,
such as answering telephones or calling patients
to remind them of their upcoming appointment;
and
- Assisting in projects that reinforce our
mission of delivering extraordinary care, such
as mailings about our bi-annual health information
series
We also welcome your ideas and suggestions for
other volunteering opportunities that match your
interests.
If you are interested in pursuing a volunteer
opportunity, please first review the benefits
and requirements of becoming a volunteer.
Then, submit an online application or
print out our paper
application (requires free Adobe
Acrobat Reader) and send it to:
