The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO), which evaluates hospitals
against a set of national standards, has consistently
given Penn Presbyterian the highest marks for
the quality of its services. Presbyterian's accomplishments
have also merited attention in national publications
such as the New York Times and Reader's
Digest.
Because we are sincerely interested in honest
feedback from our patients and medical staff,
we regularly distribute satisfaction surveys.
We are extremely pleased at the consistently high
ratings we receive. A few examples of grateful
patients' comments are included here:
"My gratitude and
utmost thanks for your staff of doctors and

for patients."
