recrimination to voice those concerns, have them
reviewed, and when possible, resolved.
The Penn Presbyterian Medical Center laboratory
also provides notice to the public that when
an individual has any concerns about patient
care and safety in the laboratory, that the laboratory
has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to
contact the laboratory's management at 215-662-9100.

Patient & Guest Relations representative
will review your message and respond to your concerns. The contact
us form is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All messages are read
within one business day.
