Scheduling an appointment with a PennCare PPO provider has never been easier. You have two easy options for making an appointment with a PennCare PPO provider: you call us or we call you.

You call us
All it takes is a toll-free call to our dedicated employee referral line at
1-877-354-4999 to schedule an appointment with any PennCare PPO provider. A referral counselor will schedule your appointment and answer your questions about PennCare PPO providers. You can call any time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We call you
Sometimes you might not remember that you need to schedule an appointment until after business hours. Or maybe you'd find it more convenient for one of our counselors to call you.

When you complete our electronic appointment request form, a referral counselor will return your call within one business day, ready to schedule an appointment and answer your questions.

Our electronic appointment request form is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please be aware that the PennCare PPO is not available to the general public. This site provides information for University of Pennsylvania employees, University of Pennsylvania Health System employees and their dependents only.
