The Penn Upper Extremity Center, part of the
Penn Orthopaedic Institute at Penn Presbyterian
Medical Center, provides patients with advanced

The Penn Upper Extremity Center is the first orthopaedic
service in the region to address problems of the
shoulder, elbow and hand in an integrated fashion.
