Multiple Sclerosis Center
The Multiple Sclerosis Center specializes in
quality, state-of-the-art care with a personal
approach. The comprehensive multidisciplinary
team caring for you includes neurologists, nurse-practitioners
and specialists from other disciplines who are
available for consultation in the management of
genitourinary complications, physical and occupational
therapy, spasticity and pain. Our program has
existed for more than two decades, and basic research
to investigate the origin and development of multiple
sclerosis has taken place at Penn since 1963.
The Multiple Sclerosis Center offers you a full
range of treatments. And our neurologists and
nurses have extensive knowledge of new treatment
methods for MS. Clinical trials of new potential
therapies are an important component of the program.
