NURSING: RESIDENCY & NEW TO PRACTICE (NTP) PROGRAMS

At Pennsylvania Hospital, we offer a residency and New to Practice (NTP) program:

Nurse Residency Program

• A national program designed specifically for graduates from an accredited BSN program within the last 6 months
• Focus on clinical practice, research, leadership, and preparing for pursuit of professional certification and advanced degrees

New to Practice Program

• Designed specifically for graduates from an accredited Associates Degree or Diploma program within the last 6 months
• Focus on clinical practice, leadership and preparing for pursuit of BSN degree
