Supported by the practice staff and CPUP administration,
the redesigned role of the patient service representative
is meant to enhance the presence and effectiveness

career at UPHS.
To enhance our mission, we have created a unique program
that focuses on professionalizing the patient
service representative role. Partnering with
the Community College of Philadelphia, we have
onsite classes for PSRs to work toward an academic
certificate. This certificate program also allows
PSRs to apply those credits toward an associate's
degree. With a special certificate program and 100%
prepaid tuition for college study as part of our extensive benefits package,
our PSRs know that they are valued.
