Center. Make yourself comfortable in our modern health library while
using our resources:
- Health magazines, pamphlets, videotapes
and reference books
- CD-ROM programs
- Online health information
(including the UPHS Health Care web
site and OncoLink, the University of Pennsylvania
Cancer Center's world-renowned cancer resource)
- Information on local and national
support groups and agencies
- Health education classes
Anyone who visits the Hospital of the
University of Pennsylvania may use the
Patient & Family Education Center.
There is no charge for using the center
or viewing materials, although some classes
may have a registration fee.
Location: The Patient & Family
Education Center is located on the first
floor of the Silverstein building. From
the main entrance on 34th Street, take
the escalator to the first floor. The center
is just beyond the escalator, on the left.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to
5 pm
Closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
