Refunds for credit card payments made to the University of
Pennsylvania Health System through our web site are handled
on a case by case basis. Refund policies vary by
department and type of service/charge. Should you have
questions about a charge to your credit card and/or
require a refund, please use the contact information in
your email receipt.
If you no longer have your email receipt or did not receive
one, please visit pennhealth.com and use the "Contact Us" form
to send us your question about the charge. Please provide as
much detail as possible regarding the charge so that we may
route your question to the appropriate UPHS employee to answer
your questions. (Please do not send your credit card number
through the "Contact Us" form.)
Please note that donations are final. Tickets
to fundraising events will be handled on a case by case basis.
