Penn Geriatrics at HUP

Our Geriatric Medicine providers collaborate closely with referring physicians and all of the necessary disciplines within medicine, nursing, psychiatry, and social work, to arrive at an individual treatment plan appropriate for a patient's needs. This plan may include comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment or rehabilitation for conditions related to cardiology, hypertension, vision, gynecology, urology, podiatry, rheumatology, or primary care.

Mental health programs include evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, and memory loss. When appropriate, Geriatric Medicine physicians collaborate with the Institute on Aging to provide more extensive services.
