Cardiology Consultative Service
Sometimes heart patients are turned down for
care, because their problem is considered too
complicated or 'untreatable.' The Penn Cardiac
Care Cardiovascular Consultative Service is a
resource for those patients who would like a first
or second opinion. Our physicians are able to
treat and prescribe treatments and are experts
in:
- general cardiology
- congestive heart failure
- preventive cardiology
- valvular heart diseases
Our cardiologists provide access to the most
current invasive and non-invasive treatments available,
including new drugs and devices being studied
in clinical research trials.
