Did You Know:
- More than half a million American women will die
of cardiovascular disease this year.
- Heart attack, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases
have killed more women than men every year since 1984.
- 44.4 percent of all female deaths in America occur
from cardiovascular disease, particularly coronary
heart disease and stroke.
- Cardiovascular diseases kill more women than all
forms of cancer, chronic lung disease, pneumonia,
diabetes, accidents and AIDS combined.
